We want you to love your MerryShape purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@merryshape.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item (following the steps above).
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new, separate order for the replacement item.

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but this way you’ll receive your new item as quickly as possible.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

The same conditions apply:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day policy – you may choose whichever is more favourable to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
